Have you tried the Max Factor FaceFinity 3 in 1? I love it, it covers well and if I'm not that wrong they also have the matching concealer. For dark under eyes and redness I use the L'Oreal Lumi Magique and they are really working great together!

Urban decay 24/7 concealer pencil works like magic. It is really creamy and blends in well. (Tip: put your best face moisturizer on top of your concealer once its applied) For foundation I would recommend MAC face and body foundation. It's light, pigmented and 75% water!
