I am not sure if this is allowed and I'm sorry if it's not, but has anyone seen this or know what this is? I just glanced in the mirror and saw a bunch of spots all over my back. They don't hurt or feel like anything, but they are there and I was just curious to know what this could be. I haven't used any new products or done anything. I can't say how long it's been there since I don't usually look at my back..

I have those too and my dermatologist said they are pretty much pimples on your back she told me that they won't hurt you and there's really no point in doing anything if they don't hurt. Hope this helps!

I had a similar thing around my eyes a few days ago. I would suggest putting some hydrocortisone cream on it. Aveeno has one that's good. But since it's on your back, it could also a heat rash. Do you work out or is it warm where you are? Sometimes heat and sweat can cause a rash.

I am a runner and it's also getting warmer where I'm at :) thank you for all the suggestions! Kenna, they definitely aren't pimples. They aren't raised or bumpy and have no texture. It just feels like skin.
