I have rosacea and need some help to reduce the redness. But nothing medical.
Maybe some tips which food is good for rosacea or something which helps you.
I heard about chia gel for the face.
Or lowfat quark masks.
Would be nice if you tell me all you know :) thank you!

I don't think foods will help. You may just have to get medicine for it
