I Really Need Sephora Help.

I'm not from the USA or any mentioned countries on Sephora website, and before I turned vib rouge I used to use my credit card on sephora website and buy stuff, all is well... until... I turned vib rouge, all of a sudden they not accepting my credit card anymore, I emailed sephora I haven't received a reply, I am shipping to a US address, I don't know what is the problem, anyone working or know about sephora can help me? also for a big company... why they don't have pay pal?? I really want to continue buying from sephora, now somehow I can't buy.

There are alternatives to Sephora if you want to try them like beauty.com and ULTA they sell most of the same brands at Sephora and a few more that Sephora doesn't carry - are there specific brands you are trying to buy from Sephora?

Seems like a glitch if you were able to order in the past. I would wait for a reply or call their customer service for more help. it can also be an issue with your credit card. it sucks but you'll probably have to wait for a reply.

Thanks everyone, I should try ulta
Jacqueline it isn't my credit card, I double checked the info, I can buy from other websites, my credit limit isn't the issue (I paid by bill ) , my card have a skybox so online buying isn't a problem and if the card was used suspiciously the company calls immediately to find out if I used the card
