Could I use this as an eye cream?

It isn't advertised as an eye cream but it does have retinol and peptides...I'm looking to add a retinol to my regimen. I was planning to get this product anyway, but I read that it can be used for under your eyes. Maybe I could use it in conjunction with my current eye cream (Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum...I love Olay lol)? TIA!
