Why do my nails always broke?! What should I do?

there are oils that make your nails stronger. two brands that i suggest are 'O.P.I'and'Nail Spa' :)

Do you use a strengthener? If not you should. And garlic can naturally strengthen nails. Always have something on your nails, even just a clear topcoat(:

I have super weak nails. I've done the strengthen polish and shellac but the only thing that helps is fish oil which is good for my hair as well. Lately I've been going to the salon and getting solar overlay and it helps a lot. Especially when I'm bartending ;)
