Are you talking about the ash tone? All you need to do is wash it a few times and it'll get rid of the ash color

This color is beautiful. but if you are not happy with it then call the salon and make another appointment. as long as it's with in a reasonable amount of time (a week or so) then most salons will fix it free of charge.

Looks like she did an ombré look with highlights? Yes if you aren't happy with it, you should let them know how you feel. I actually have went through something like this before, but I felt so strongly about it I told them right there and then and I did not pay, but rescheduled for a fix instead.

Was this the first time you went blonde? Sometimes it takes a few appointments to get to the level of blonde you're wanting, without frying your hair. If it's the tone, Aurora is right, a few washes and the tone will fade out. But be careful of it going brassy. As a stylist, I will sometimes recommend going a bit cooler than one would like so that the tone lasts longer before going brassy. Anyone can see that brassy blonde isn't cute. If it was the application you're unhappy about I would give them a call. If you initially asked for a balayage or an ombre then I think your stylist did a wonderful job. If you wanted just a full head of highlights, that's a different story. However, I don't think you hate it, seeing as it's your profile picture. I think it looks really good :)

And yes I did ask for a balayage but it got me a little off guard haha, I didn't know it was more of highlighted look.
Yes it's my first time going blonde, so thank you for letting me know that it will take me a few appointments for me to go more blonde
