Should I wear facial sunscreen and moisturizer with spf?

Is wearing facial sunscreen plus moisturizer with spf too much? Or is the moisturizer enough? Also what level of spf should I go for, is spf 15 too low? I want to prevent further hyper pigmentation on my face. Thanks :)

I think if you have a moisturizer with SPF that has both physical and chemical ingredients then it should work better than using a product with just a chemical of physical sunscreen and I'd get SPF 30 for everyday use.

I would get a moisturizer with SPF 30 and make sure it's BROAD SPECTRUM so that it will protect you against UVA (aging rays) and UVB (burning rays). Anything below 30 won't help and anything above 30 is just a marketing scheme according to my esthetics teacher.

I use Kiehls moisturizer, they have it with or without the sunscreen. It hydrates but it's lightweight, and has spf 30 as I'm really pale... But I agree, 15 is not enough.

My skin is combination, normal with oily nose but I have dry skin in a small area between my eyebrows.
