Water proof mascara removal

I Love Water-Proof Mascara but it's difficult to remove without hurting my eyelashes and having them come out sometimes, is there a Derain make up remover I could use? The kind I currently use doesn't really work.

Rubbing a small amount of Vaseline between your fingers and gently applying it to your eyelashes helps to soften your mascara for reapplication half way through the day or for easier removal.
