So I'm kinda new with makeup and all that, I'm not very good at it though. I was wondering if I could get some tips on what makeup to use and how to use it. It would really help!!

No not really I don't have acne or redness, I don't really know what about brows there just kinda their.

Start off with the basics, learn the simple stuff first and slowly over the course of time you can learn the more complex stuff. Things like foundation and Mascara are a good start :) but if you wear minimal makeup the even BB creams or tuned moisturisers. Watching video on YouTube also help me with new techniques and the ladies and gentlemen of Beautylish are all stunning and beautiful people who will help you and inspire you to become a better artist :) good luck and welcome to the world of makeup

I started off with a bit of mascara and powder to make my face matte. Once I was a bit more comfortable I bought some concealer and some powder and concealer brushes. Now I have lipsticks, lip glosses, crayons, primer! My advice is to start off small and slow to build your confidence!

One thing I would recommend is don't wear foundation if you don't need it! It could cause your skin to break out. When I first started to wear makeup, a tinted moisturizer did the trick :) If you want a good mascara that's easy to apply, try Too Faced Better Than Sex. You can get it at Sephora or online. If you want a cheaper option, try Loreal Voluminous Miss Manga. :) If you want to buy concealer or powder, I recommend getting a consultation at a makeup counter. They can help you find the perfect shade! As for brows, look at YouTube tutorials. Remember to not over-pluck! :)
