I want some tips on what you ladies do as a daily for keeping your face smooth and clean before bed as for me I'm trying to get a regular rountine to help my forehead dryness and flakeyness lmk some of products you use and how you use them and what skin type as for me I'm dry skin but I see foundation isn't my problem no matter how much I change it I believe it's just my skin.

I have normal to oily skin but almost all the products I use for my nighttime routine are for all skin types.
I remove my makeup with The Body Shop Sumptuous Camomile Cleansing Butter. I rinse that off and cleanse my skin with the Origins Checks & Balances Frothy Face Wash on my Clarisonic Mia 1. I rinse and dry my face then use the Boscia Exfoliating Peel Gel (highly recommend) to exfoliate. Rinse and dry my face again then tone with the No7 Beautiful Skin Toner for normal/oily skin but they do have a dry/normal formula as well. Next I use The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum-In-Oil which really hydrates my skin then follow with the No7 Beautiful Skin Night Cream for normal/oily skin but again they have a dry/normal skin formula.
With this routine my skin is smooth, soft, hydrated, and moisturized (:

I have quite exaggerated combination skin. From a very oily t-zone to very dry flaky skin near my scalp, chin and cheeks.
For exfoliation I've been loving the Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion exfoliator it's quite pricy but I've been thinking about trying the Boots Microdermabrasion exfoliator which is like less then 1/4 the cost I believe. (I use this every three days)
Then I use a prescription tretinoin (at night) which is the culprit behind my dryness but it's definitely less dry and flaky since I started a few months back
For moisturizer I've been loving the Cerave Moisturizing cream (not lotion) which is more rich and really keeps my flakiness in check, make my skin feel really smooth and hydrated not greasy.
In the morning I just use a sulfate free cleanser, I switch out and use different ones just cause I like to try new ones or go back to old ones lol currently back to Cetaphil I believe.
Then I go ahead and use the Cerave lotion in the morning, the one with SPF 15 I believe but I use a sunscreen on top of that
