Prom lipstick help

Hi. For prom I have my dress, it is light blue. I will post a picture. For makeup I am planning to do a soft lavender 1920s inspired smokey eye but I'm not sure what shade of lipstick to do. Since its 1920s I was planning on doing a burgundy lip, but I'm not sure if that will look too harsh with the softer colors. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thank you❤️

Maybe a deep plum might compliment those colors more.

Burgundy would be great with a soft lavender eye! If you want to go soft, I recommend Velvet Teddy by Mac (or something of a similar shade)

I think something like either mac creme cup or bourjous liquid lipstick in nudeist would go nicely with your look. :)
