Good body washes for body acne?

I found my chest acne went away once I started using my face wash as a body wash, maybe try that :)

Panoxyl my dermatologist recommended it
Also make sure you rinse out your conditioner before washing your body with whatever acne wash. She said it makes a huge difference and I'm seeing a nice difference

If its not extreme acne, I think aveeno is really good. I started breaking out on my back a few weeks ago and my skin was itchy all around. I switched my bode wash to aveeno eczema (no fragrance) and its gone.
