Something tight for the top because the skirt is very figure flattering so the top should be something figure flattering too (in my opinion). I would wear a solid color top so then it wouldn't look busy since the skirt already got patterns. For shoes, I would wear booties.

For summer, black fitted crop top and some black scrappy sandals like the one that straps over the ankle. hair curled. simple winged liner and a pink to match the pink in the skirt.

winter, black fitted long sleeve with sheer black tights and booties.
