You might be talking about your pores, which are normal and you can't get rid of them. It's your skin/nose oily?

It looks like a pimple. I get them too. Usually I use a needle to open it and then don't mess with it. Then the next day it will be ready to pop. But with this one I don't suggests doing that since it looks like it doesn't have a head on it. Just put a warm towel on it and wash your face.

If you sweat a lot then you could always use those blotters for your face and especially use it on your nose whenever it get oily. But yah you can pretty much use steam so the ehite part starts heading more toward thebsurface of your skin and just wash it.

I would get Optima Organic Tea Tree antiseptic cream and use a clean bud to cover the pimple. It should settle it in a day or 2, just make sure you wash your hands before cleaning your face and before applying the tea tree.
