I don't know if you ladies have heard of the 10 Step Skincare routine but I think it is worth checking out! If you have wanted that perfect, clear, healthy skin complexion this is what you need.

No its actually not. Massaging the skin (usually with a gua sha tool) promotes blood circulation and anti ages. Oil cleansing is a better way if removing makeup. It deep cleanses the skjn and can even remive blackheads. Once you try oil cleansing you will never touch a makeup wipe again. Next you cleanse with a foam, usually. Its very gentle, and the foam cleansers in asia arent overdrying. Next you tone. The tiners in America are usually alcohol based and super harsh for your skin. The toners in asia are usually marketed as "lotions" and are a milky liquid that provides moisture and restores pH. Emulsion is just another liquid product that provides nutrients. Essence targets a skin issue you have and provides nutrients. Serum targets something very specific and us very concentrated. Lotion, common sense. A cream on top is recommended for dry skin, if you are oily you can skip this and just apply your sunblock. And then asian women usually use face mists throughout the day.

I'm not up to the full 10 steps yet (you should introduce products gradually) but after 13 years of fighting with my skin and American skincare, I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. It sounds like too much for the skin, but it's really not. American skincare is all about all-in-one multi-purpose products, but they really aren't one size fits all. With Asian Beauty you can create a routine that is perfect for you, because the products are generally designed for ONE purpose and ONE skin type. There's a reason they have such beautiful and clear skin! And an excellent bonus: everything is SO MUCH CHEAPER. If you were to walk into sephora, you could *maybe* get two skincare products for $50. My last roseroseshop purchase was $50 and I got an essence, a serum, an eye cream, emulsion, face cream, face gel/cream and a tonnnn of samples. All with far better ingredients than you'll find in western skincare, at least in the US. If anyone here is interested in learning more, I highly recommend you check out the Asianbeauty subreddit thread, it's so helpful. And roseroseshop is a great place to purchase from. It does take 2-4 weeks to arrive (to the US) but shipping is free for a lot of products, and they have the best prices I've found so far. Avoid Amazon, everything is marked up and there are a lot of fakes. Okay I'll stop sounding like an infomercial now lol but seriously go check it out!

Wow I should defunetly check out roseroseshop, because I was actually going to buy from Amazon! Yikes! The products kn Amazon are still so cheap though, about $10 a piece.

Some of the stuff on Amazon is legit and decently priced, you just have to be diligent about looking at reviews for the seller. And I would start with just one product and work up from there, so you know what is working and how well.

Hm okay. I've been skeptical about the sheet masks on Amazon. There was some reveiws about molded sheet masks of the Tony Moly ones. Or if they're supposed to send a variety, they just send 16 of the same kind. Pretty unfortunate because they're such good price and sheet masks are an asian classic. I havent seen them in America really.

And that's basically giving yourself a facial everyday. Which can be terrible for your elastin if you don't know how to properly massage the face.
