Do you draw on the natural line or go over it a bit to give you a plumper effect?

I go over it. I don't do too much to make my lips look unnatural but I forsure give my lips the shape I wish they were.

I draw them in whatever shape I want. Sometimes I go for a more funky, vintage look, or all out Pam Anderson... whatever I'm in the mood for and goes with the theme of the look I'm doing. For a natural look sometimes I plump my lips out a bit by tracing outside the lines.
