When I do a dark smokey eye I always use something subtle. My favourite lip product to use with a dark smokey eye is MAC Lipglass in Underage. Some people don't like it but if you apply it right it looks great.

creamsheen lipglass from mac. or myth.satin lipstick with a pinkish tinged lipgloss over cuz I don't want my lips to look too white

Something more subtle, so it doesn't take away from your eyes. Like a nude or natural lip. Pinks could work as well. Unless you want to go more dramatic and go dark, depends on where you're going.
