How Do I Get Rid Of This Zit?!?

Ive got this ginormous red zit on my chin and i need to get rid of it... I have school tomorrow and its too big & red to go with this thing on my face! I already took off the head of the zit (the white part) but its still big and red.. Anything i could do to reduce the size or redness???

Try a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol..it dries out the zit.

I had one yesterday and for some reason if u run soap on it and rinse and dry really good it goes away works for me at least
