I'm sure there are videos for this, so try looking on youtube. Type in 'eyeliner tutorial' or 'how to apply eyeliner'. Good luck :)

Just go with your hair color and skin tone to find a color. Once you have that, if you have a darker color like brown or black, apply it very thinly with a line that follows your natural lash line. And if you choose to put some on the bottom, which tends to be a little more difficult than the top, go with a neutral color for just starting out. Don't want to go from none one day to a TON the next. Just gradually work up putting on more.
PS- when I first started, I put small dots along my lash line, and use the smudger if you have one to smudge it out to give a more natural look to start with

Start from the inside corner of your eye while pulling at the skin directly straight out of the farthest corner of your eye. Then make a straight line
