Dry Scalp! Help

Ive always had a crazy dry scalp since i can remember, but recently, ive noticed acne-like bumps all iver my scalp and along my hairline! They scab over if i pick them or something and they make my hair flakey like dandruff! Gross!
Im using a mix of clear and wen and my actual hair is fine, its just my scalp thats dry!
Does anyone know what these are?
