Best "Your lips, but better" lipstick

I go to a private school and we can't wear makeup, I still wear BB cream, concealer, and mascara. Anyway, I need a lipstick that is moisturizing and enhances your natual lip color. I am open to anything, thanks. i have fair skin, by the way.
