What Is A Good Age For Bb Cream?

Im 13 and really want to use a bb cream:
1) i get these weird bumps on my cheeks and forehead and around my lips 2) i have freckles (not that many just on my nose bridge) and i would like to have coverage on those and on some unevenness and redness and discoloration under my eyes 3) i don't want to wear anything heavy or real makeup-ie haha :) because I'm still young and it looks bad.
My mom disagrees because she thinks it is made for older skin and not younger skin. Thanks please leave suggestions :)
