11 :D I wouldn't recommend starting that young though. I didn't need it and was just wearing because everyone else was. It probably wasn't very good for me ;)

I wasn't allowed to wear make up till I was 14. but i was only allowed to wear eyeliner, and mascara and lipgloss that wasn't colored. 18 is when i started bringing colors and other stuff in.
