Elf's matte lip colour in rich red.
Rimmel has a good one but I think they may have discontinued it as I got it on clearance. But if you can find their lasting finish line in jet set red GET IT.

I believe Wet n Wild 910D Red Velvet is a blue tone red. If not that one then the other red 911D Stoplight Red is.
