Has anybody got any good tips on how to help my nails grow? They get to a certain length and just break off... I dont bite them and havent for years, they start out really nice then they just go back to stubby fingers!

I also used to use Sally Hansen Nail Growth and it helped. Also taking biotin helped my hair and nails(: Make sure you have a nail care routine, keeping cuticles moisturized and using a strengthener(:
