Carmex works wonders on me, if your environment is dry, use a humidifier.

My lips get super dry too. I used to use carmex religiously but I finally figured out it was contributing to the dryness. Now I use a combination of things. I have Chapstick for work because its easy to keep in my pocket. At night I use Vaseline cocoa butter lip therapy or boots extracts almond lip balm. I have an EOS I use every once in awhile at home during the day or if I lose my Chapstick.
