I find MB rose water to be more refreshing than the Evian. Basically the Evian just cancels out the harsh powder look after applying your setting powder. As far as cooling down....the feeling only last for a few seconds.

It's water in a bottle. I wasted 15$ on a big bottle and two little ones (whee package deals) thinking it was something special but no... it was just water. I could buy the ~*drinking*~ version at Walgreens for cheaper and it'd do the same thing. Don't waste your money.
