I have Honeymoon and I use it sometimes as a blush and sometimes as a highlighter. Generally I just use my Sigma F40 brush to apply it along my cheekbones.

Highlighter should be used on areas that you want to look more prominent or dewy. Tops of cheekbones, eyebrow area, down the middle of your nose, and Cupid's bow are good places but it also depends on your face and the look you want :]
