Inglot vs MAC vs Drugstore brands

I know ideally that CRC would be my best bet on foundations but I can't see those. I really wanna try out Inglot but haven't found sufficient enough info on their products, MAC seems to be everyones go to product and drugstore seems pretty decent for the pockets but 'eh' on quality. I'm not going to be photos as of yet, just beauty. Would Ingot be a good brand or Cover Girl/ L'oreal/ Black Opal suffice until I gain more experience
