Jessica P.
hi everyone! I'm currently in the process of moving into a bigger apt. I have 3 children and our current apt is too small. I found 2 that I really like but here comes the problem with both.
1. the first apt is nice, renovated and has a balcony which is a plus but recently found the building had bedbugs at one point. Eww! leasing agent swears it was handled and they no longer exist.
2. Second apt is also nice and renovated but the building is not all that but whatever I can look past that. However, its thru real estate that charges a 10% of the annual rent which is over 2,000. Money I can use towards furnishing my apt. I'm so confused guys, don't know what to do! your opinions are appreciated.
