revlon colorstay way too runny!!! WTF????

I recently got the revlon colorstay foundation. I've gotten it once before and liked it but the shade was to dark. I got my mom to pick up another lighter bottle but its very oily and runny? Is there any way I can thicken it or is it a faulty bottle?

Sounds like you received a faulty bottle. It should not have that issue at all. :(
