I need help, I have a bad habit of biting my nails. I have tried everything from the nail polishes, the spray-on etc. There getting to the point that they are really sore and bleeding! Please help!

"Dip your nails into nail polish remover every morning. It makes it taste horrible when you try to bite them or wear a rubber band on your wrist and snap it every time you do it.Hope I helped!
