Going to Sephora in like an hour and buying a new foundation, when I have a sales associate help me find my color will they actually put it on my face ? & if thats the case then should I wear makeup to the store ?

They will apply it to your face. You can wear makeup or go plan faced.

They will apply the colors by your jaw line on your face. Doesn't matter if you have makeup on or not. If you do, they'll remove a section of makeup off your face. To create a clean canvas, for color face match application.

they usually apply to your face. but a great thing I was told is to get matched to your chest. cuz ultimately no one wants your face and chest to be two different colors. gross. so now I ask them to put the color on the bottom of my neck

My Sephora is horrible. :( They color "matched" me and I walked out of the store looking dorito orange. I knew it was way too dark for me before they put it on, but they insisted it was the right shade. My Sephora is in the mall so I was totally embarassed and had to scrub it off in the bathroom. I wont let them touch me again. Hope your experience goes well!
