Exfoliate and use clay type mask if they are clogged, cover them if they are not. These products I found outstanding, wish it helps!

what Carmen said and be sure to drink plenty of water. I have huge pores on my cheeks and I've noticed that they shrink quite a bit when I stay well hydrated. you won't be able to make them disappear completely but if you take good care of your skin and find a foundation that works for you, they will look much smaller.

i use clinique pore refining serum and its the only thing ive tried that works without drying or greasing! :)
