I have a headache every time I wear a ponytail. How can I prevent that besides Tylenol? :(

I love keeping my hair in a high ponytail. I have a side bang and when I put my hair up it looks cute. Every time I do though, I get these extreme headaches after an hour of wearing the ponytail. Plus they last long time. Anyway I can keep my ponytail without the headache? I don't like taking Tylenol all the time. :(

Do you flip your hair over your head to gather it in a pony? If i do that it gives me a killer headache within an hour so i use a brush to gather up my hair instead and its fine.
