I am the lead arch expert and makeup artist for benefit cosmetics in my Ulta store... Start from the top crease of your nose (like where you would have your nose pierced) and measure a line straight up to your brow.. That's where they should start.. Draw a dot.. The next two points start from the bottom.. Measure your arch from the far side of your pupil.. And the end from crease to end of eye.. That's the end.. For today's fashion keep them thick and angular...

You should get a brow kit and just practice doing it. I would also watch videos on YouTube for some tips. It took me practice to get my cat eyeliner perfect and I'm sure its the same for eyebrows as well.
