I bought mine from sallys 3 years ago ( its the sallys brand, only 89.99), and it still works great. every chi I've ever bought the cord comes out.

I have a babyliss and i love it. Its one that heats all around so you can also curl you hair easily. Its also longer then regular ones so it takes less time(ihave long hair). It was pricey but i use it everyday so its worth it!
