Recently I dyed my hair a semi permanent color and I have been swimming in my pool and at the beach the color is still in cause I haven't dunked my head under I use color protect shampoo but I still need some tips

Don't wash your hair in hot water, if you wash it in coldish water it keeps the color in longer.
