Do you use moisturizer morning and night...I noticed if I don't moisturize before my makeup it gets like an uneven cakey look. And use a primer to even out your skin tone maybe?

Have you tried exfoliating?

Its called milia. The best thing to remove it is a chemical exfoliant. Try finding an eye cream with retinol and wearing it under your makeup during the day and at nighttime once you've removed your makeup and cleansed.

If your foundation ever looks cakey, just take a damp makeup sponge and smooth it over your foundation. if you have a setting spray you can also spray that over your foundation/powder and smooth it with a brush.

You can get milia removed at your local beauty salon, most therapists should be trained to extract them :) in the meantime keep exfoliating and moisturise morning and night to stop your foundation looking cakey :)
