Is it the Clinique acne solution? I used it before and you need to use an exfoliator with it. Your skin also gets use to it rather quickly. Those white bumps are probably what I had also. It's when the area around your eye becomes very sensitive because the stuff you're using for your face isn't cleansing deep enough to remove all the dirt on your face and those pores are getting clogged but since the area around your eye is extremely sensitive, that's why those clogged pores are so much more prominent.

Those bumps are probably clogged pores as well. What I do is take off my makeup before I cleanse my face. After I cleanse, I tone and then I do my treatment. I use a deep cleanse exfoliator about twice a week and that's helped a lot. I have extremely sensitive skin so I've been using the body shop tea tree line and the aloe line also. Idk if your skin is as sensitive but if it is, using Clinique will only worsen it because the cleanser is extremely abrasive to the skin and cleansing twice a day with it will definitely cause your skin to over dry which makes it feel like it needs to produce even more oil which can lead to pore clogs b

Use a face mask of baking soda and water at night for 5-10 minutes. Apply moisture afterwards. Do if every other night for a week and you'd skin will be a lot better
