I'm pretty good with apply bottom eyeliner but I find it difficult to do the top of my eye. Either my short eyelashes get in the way or I blink uncontrollably. Does anybody have some advice to help with my problem??

hold the corner of your eye up while youre doing the line, it will tighten the skin while youre applying & it also closes your eye tight so you wont have to blink....if you want to apply a wing for cat eyes I'd say just practice, it takes a while. also you may wanna start with a lining pencil as I did until I worked up to liquid liners.
