If you are looking for high end eye shadow, it could not far away from 'Urban decay'. As you know that the eye shadows are very pigmented and colourful ~ so you can find your favourite colour from basic to colourful and palette to single eye shadow <3

if you are looking for medium price, i think 'Sugarlpill cosmetics' done their job well for the eye shadows too ~ they are so colourful and pigmented also~

if you are looking for drug store eye shadow, I suggest MUA-make up academy. Their palette are cheap and pigmented. Many people say some of their product is Naked dupe.

if you are asking for suitable eye shadow for you, I dunno about your preference (natural looking, chic looking, flirty looking).
However, I love natural looking so i would suggest gold or brown smokey colour <3
