I have it and I love it! Its best applied with a damp brush because upon application it really stands out on the lid. It makes for a rich smoky eye....I just smudge in a little MAC "carbon" along my lash line (top and bottom). Curl my lashes, mascara and I'm good to go. It looks great with a nice pinky nude lip.

Water will work just fine. :) I do have the 3D luster drops...its somewhere between my house and MIL house (I keep a stash of make-up at her house since I'm always there all the time). I haven't tried it yet though. I received it as a part of a special Lorac collection last year. Kinda clueless as to what to do with it.lol

Truffle is such a great warm brown, rich crease color. Her caviar sticks are amazing. They make perfect eye liner or smokey shadow!!
