i need foundation Help!!!

I can't seem to find my color in foundation It'll match in the store but by time I get home or doesn't. I tried Mac but it was too orange. Elf was way to white. I just don't kno what color I am

You also need to time: some foundation oxidizes and will change color after half hour or so. Go test it out then give it some time, see if it still match

Go to several different makeup counters have the artist match you then ask to bring home samples so you can try them on your own. Also look for water cases formulas. I experience less color change with them.

What type of foundation did you use for mac? I know the NW can been reddish, especially in the darker tones. Maybe try NC? If you go NC, go 1 shade up (ie NW50, would be the equivalent in NC55 in terms of colour, not undertone since red makes shades darker).

However, when in doubt mix till you get your exact shade. Or maybe use a BB cream since their move forgiving in terms of shade.
