I've been trying to find nice brushes, but they are all way too expensive. Where can I buy some for under $10?

I agree with Raianna. Try elf's studio "C" brush & studio powder blush. They are $3. You can get them online or Target. Target has a limited supply of their items. Online is great. They always have deals. I always try to get the free shipping deal. Good luck, girly! :)
