Dry Skin and Eczema Help?

I have generally dry skin, I was born with eczema which, for those of you who don't know what that is, is a skin disorder that dries your skin much more intensely than dry skin and gives you rashes and bumps. I have a hard time getting normal skin no matter what I do, so I was wondering if there was any specific product that could help my skin and make my facial skin look more oily
