Well I read a blog where one woman said that she ate a lot of cucumber and her hair grew 30 cm in a year, haven't tried yet but who knows... ;-)

Be patient. Hair only grown on the average of a 1/2 a month. It will not grow any faster. Get trims like every 6 to 8 weeks. If you just let it go, your hair will break off. Hence- itll appear like it stopped growing. Im a 25 yr hairstylist. Dont believe everything you read on "how to's".

Depends on your diet..i heard castor oil helps..make sure you trim your hair about an inch every month or two so you wont get split ends

I have long hair so to keep in up and I get trimmed and styles about 2 times a year , also eat veggies either as a break lunch it dinner side or snack, also try using 3 mintute miracle conditioners almost any brand that sells shampoo or conditioner makes it and your hair gets shiny and soft !
