I have sooo many thick grey hairs in my parting. I have dark brown hair so they show up quite badly and they are very wirey!! I'm only 24!!! i always trim them down because some of my friends have noticed (!) and i heard pulling them out makes another one grow... I've heard its stress but theres just so many and theyve got worse in the last few years. Could it be diet? Does anyone know if it can be helped??! thank you!!!!! xxxx

My (now ex) husband had a LOT of gray hairs and he isn't quite to 30 yet. His father had a full head of gray hair by that time. As Jaclynn said, it's either genetics or stress...I found one fairly recently on my head and had a little sad moment lol. I plucked the little sucker out.

I think genetics is to blame for this one, my ex (who is 21) is already starting to get them. His old man apparently got them around the same age and was white by the time he was 30.
