If your teeth are pretty white, get white. They kind of disguise the silver. If they are the slightest yellow, the white will make them look reaallly yellow even if they aren't.. Something you have to be careful about there... Also, mustard, ketchup, tea, sodas, and things like that will stain the white really easy. If you don't want white, go with a school color or something..

had braces for 5 years and found light blue was the best. don't get red or white red makes you look like you have food in your teeth and white will make teeth look yellow. I liked purple a lot too.
